The Administrator's Plus Super Data Base (SuperDB) module extends the functionality of the Data Base module. Using SuperDB, administrators can create data tables to store multiple sets of student and staff data that would otherwise occupy several fields on the Data Base module Demographics screen. These data tables act as spreadsheets within the software. Administrators can filter and sort columns in the tables and save filtered results as Views to access at a later time. Administrators can print Views, e xport them to Microsoft Excel®, a dd them to a Report Writer report, or s ave them as a Group.
