We've released several new features, improvements, and feature fixes for AdmissionsPlus. Highlights of this update include:

New Features
Receive Prospect Picture from OLF
Many schools require a picture of the Prospect on their application. We have added a specification to the Holding Bin to set which Requirement this picture is mapped to. If this specification is set and a file is received from the Holding Bin, AdmissionsPlus will automatically set that file to be the Prospect Picture.
Improvements
Screen Improvements
We’ve made some improvements to the Prospect screen to optimize the screen for smaller resolutions:
- The Previous/Next Prospect buttons have been moved to the top bar to be next to the search box
- Added a box for “Contains/Begins With” to allow the user to choose how they want to search
- Removed the “Back to Prospects” button - clicking Prospects from the left navigation bar will now take you back to the main lookup
Save Column Width
When saving your views, AdmissionsPlus now saves the width of each column. This allows you to resize the columns in a view and then be able to load them later.
Import Wizard log
After a file has been imported in the Import Wizard, the user will now have the opportunity to download a log which tells the user which records were imported, which were not imported, and why.
Lottery Fields added to Batch Entry
The Batch Entry utility now includes the fields for “Sibling at School” and “Lives in District”. These two fields are located on the “Prospect Details” tab of the Batch Entry screen.
Contact Household Improvements
We have changed how data is synchronized when Contacts are assigned Household codes. Previously, when a Contact was added to the Household that Contacts data was copied to the Household. We have changed this behavior so that when a Contact is assigned a Household ID, the Contacts data is changed to match the Household.
Remember Contains/Begins With
AdmissionsPlus will now save a users preference for whether they want to search for values that contain the search key word, or whether it begins with the search key word. This setting will save separately for each user.

Requirements Fix
Fixed an issue that caused a completed step to remain uncompleted. Now the step will properly be completed and will be turned green.
Grade Sort Fix
Fixed an issue that caused certain Prospects to sort out of order when sorting on Grade Level.
Prospect List View Fix
Fixed an issue that caused the view to change after leaving a Prospect record.
Date Display Fix
Fixed an issue that caused dates to incorrectly appear in the lookup and Enrollment Center screens.
Save Contact Fix
Fixed an issue that caused the Contact record to not be able to be saved if there was no format applied to the Mobile Phone field.
Firefox Birthdate Field Fix
Fixed an issue that stopped the birthdate from populating in FireFox.
Portfolio Fix
Fixed an issue that caused Portfolio documents to be created with colons. This causes sync errors when downloading Prospects. We also added validations to stop files from being added if they contain colons.
Import Wizard Fix
Added validations to warn a user if they are importing data that is larger than the field size. This will stop imports from failing for this reason.
