We've released several new features, improvements, and feature fixes for AdminPlus.com. Highlights of this update include:

New Features
Rediker Unified Login to AdminPlus Online Forms
Users with access to AdminPlus Online Forms Manager can use the link to open the Manager on another tab in their browser. The link is disabled for Users without access.
Household Audit
Users can Run Audit from the School > Demographics > Households Tile. Once the audit is run it will display the number of Households Not in Sync, the user that ran the audit, and the last run date and time.
Households Not in Sync
The Households Not in Sync screen displays by Household any fields that have field value discrepancies in the active and scheduling year. The school Supervisor can select the correct value and Synchronize to update the other values. The Synchronize button is disabled for other users.
Contacts Tile
Displays Contact analytics; Master Contacts, Not Linked with Students, No Primary E-Mail, and Same Primary E-Mail. Click the number to see the detail which can be filtered, sorted, or use Send to Excel.
The Master Contacts and Contacts Not Linked with Students screens have the additional functionality to Edit, E-Mail Contact, view Linked Students or Delete.
Edit School Information
School Information field names and values can be edited individually or Add New Fields. Either expand the School > Demographic > School Information tile or go to Setup Center > Libraries > School Information. Both screens also have the option to Send To Excel or Print.
View Student Demographic Fields
Setup Center > Libraries > Student Demographic Fields can be viewed by the Administrator's Plus Supervisor.
View Staff Demographic Fields
Setup Center > Libraries > Staff Demographic Fields can be viewed by the Administrator's Plus Supervisor.
Edit Contact Global Fields
Setup Center > Libraries > Contact Global Fields can be edited by the Administrator's Plus Supervisor if Contact edit is set to AdminPlus.com
Edit Contact Local Fields

Set Full Name Format
Setup Center > Settings > Full Name Format can be edited by the Administrator's Plus Supervisor if Contact edit is set to AdminPlus.com. The screen includes a Format Builder for Student, Staff, and Contacts. This is independent from the settings in classic and will control the Full Name Format in AdminPlus.com.
Improvements
Edit Incident Codes
Setup Center > Libraries > Incident Codes can now be edited if Incident edit is set to AdminPlus.com. There are also options to Send to Excel or Print.
Tip: Filter the Codes to Is Not Blank to just get the used Record numbers.

Setup Center > Libraries > Incident Category Tables can now be edited if Incident edit is set to AdminPlus.com
Duplicate Contact Check
Add New Contact includes a check for a contact with the first and last name. The user can select to create another with the same name or select No to return to the Add New Contact screen to continue or cancel.
There is also a check for Primary E-mail if multiple matches are found they will get a warning that Primary E-mail cannot be duplicated. It has always been best practice to only record the Primary E-mail for one parent when they share an e-mail. We are now enforcing no-duplicates, Primary E-Mail is used as the account for AdminPlus Online Forms and PlusPortals for those with access so it should be unique.
If only one contact is found with the same primary email, then the Matching Contact screen will display, and the user can choose to go Back to edit the e-mail in the Add Contact screen or Continue With This Contact instead of Adding a new one.
Selected Row is Green
The selected row in lists and tables is now green, so it stands out more.
Latest Portfolio Files now 3
The last 3 files added to the Portfolio now displays on the Student and Staff Snapshot views.
Logo Size Restriction
Grades > Report Settings now displays the Logo maximum size of 100kb and displays a warning if the file uploaded exceeds that limit.

Grades > Reports > School Information
There was an issue where school information was printing even if those rows were deselected. This has been fixed.
Non-teaching staff e-mails now display for Daily Bulletin
There was an issue when selecting recipients for the daily bulletin that non-teaching staff e-mails were not displaying. This has been fixed.
No Duplicate check
There was an issue with Student and Staff no duplicate demographic fields finding a duplicate because it was including deleted records. This has been fixed.
