Administrator's Plus v 6.2.30.01, SyncBack 1.19.1, Sync Engine 3.1.41.0

This version coincides with AdminPlus.com Release 11 which expands on Setup Center. Schools editing Incidents in AdminPlus.com can now update Incident codes and Custom Incident Category Tables. Highlights of this update include:

Improvements
Master Contacts added to the SyncThe contact sync process has been updated. It now includes all contacts, not just those associated with students in the active or scheduling year, ensuring a complete contact record in AdminPlus.com.
Setup for School Information RestrictedSchools that have opted to edit Demographics in AdminPlus.com can now edit those codes in School Demographics Center and Setup Center Libraries instead of classic. In Classic, Add/Edit and Delete functions are restricted, but codes can still be viewed and printed.
Setup for Discipline Codes RestrictedSchools that have opted to edit Incidents in AdminPlus.com can now edit Discipline Codes in the Setup Center Libraries instead of Classic. In Classic, Add/Edit and Delete are restricted, but codes can still be viewed and printed.
Setup of Discipline Category Tables RestrictedSchools that have opted to edit Incidents in AdminPlus.com can now add/edit Category Tables in Setup Center Libraries instead of classic. Setup User Defined Discipline Category Table options are restricted to view only.
Setup of Contact Global Fields RestrictedSchools that have opted to edit Contacts in AdminPlus.com can now add/edit Contact Global fields in Setup Center Libraries instead of classic.  
Setup of Contact Local Fields RestrictedSchools that have opted to edit Contacts in AdminPlus.com can now add/edit Contact Local fields in Setup Center Libraries instead of classic.  
AdminPlus.com Settings MessageSchools with a Shared Household will receive a message when making changes for Edit for Enrollment, Demographics, Contacts, SuperDB, and Portfolio.

Improvements

Master Contacts added to the Sync

All contacts are now included in the sync with AdminPlus.com, even those not linked to students. This ensures your contact data stays complete and up to date.

Setup for School Information Restricted

If your school edits demographic data in AdminPlus.com, you can now make those changes there instead of in Classic. In Classic, demographic codes can still be viewed and printed but not edited or deleted. When a user views School Information in classic, the following message will display:

When viewing the information, the Add, Edit, and Edit Field Names will be grayed out.

Setup for Discipline Codes Restricted

If your school edits incident data in AdminPlus.com, you can now make those changes there instead of in Classic. In Classic, discipline codes can still be viewed and printed, but not edited or deleted.

If a user selects to edit, the following message will display:

If your school edits incident data in AdminPlus.com, you can now make updates to Discipline Category Tables there instead of in Classic. In Classic, these options can still be viewed but not edited. If a user tries to edit, the following message will display:

Setup of Contact Global Fields Restricted

For schools who have selected to edit Contacts in AdminPlus.com, all updates to Contact Global Fields should now be made in the Setup Center Libraries. Editing in Classic is disabled for these fields. If a user tries to edit, the following message will display:

For schools who have selected to edit Contacts in AdminPlus.com, all updates to Contact Local Fields should now be made in the Setup Center Libraries. Editing in Classic is disabled for these fields.  If a user tries to edit, the following message will display:

AdminPlus.com Settings Message

Schools that share a household will now receive a message when making changes for Edits for Enrollment, Demographics, Contacts, SuperDB, or Portfolio. All schools sharing the same household must make the same edit selection to ensure data consistency. Users will receive a warning when trying to change the selection:
