Organization Manager Release 1.5

In this release of Organization Manager, the following new feature has been added. Highlights of this update include:

New Feature
Two-Factor AuthenticationTwo Factor Authentication has been added to Organization Manager to help better protect user accounts. Users can choose to receive a code via E-mail or by using an Authenticator App of their choice.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) has been added to Organization Manager to enhance account security. This setting is managed at the user level and allows each user to choose how they receive their verification code. Users may choose to receive a verification code via email or through an authenticator app of their choice. Supported authenticator apps include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Microsoft Authenticator 
  • Google Authenticator 
  • Authy

Existing users can enable this feature once logged in. Once this has been enabled, two factor authentication cannot be disabled. For more information on how to enable Two Factor Authentication, see Get Started: Enable Two-Factor Authentication
