New Features
Grades Dashboard
On the new Grades Dashboard users can view marking period information, Receive Grades, and launch the new Report workflow (coming soon).
- The Date Tile displays the Current Marking Period for today's date based on the Gradebook Marking Period Start Dates set in TeacherPlus Gradebook Manager. Click the i icon to view the Marking Period Start Dates.
- Receive Grades Tile: Click the Expand Icon or select one of the counts to open the approval process, which displays the details in the Receive Grades Approval Center.
- Reports (Coming Soon): The debut has been delayed a week so we can add more functionality.

Grades Dashboard: Reports
Coming Soon! Introduces a new workflow for Report Card creation and generation. The initial template is Report Card: Course Grades (Portrait) which can be customized using a variety of settings and we are adding more! Details will be added next week.
Past Grades Edit
Users can now Edit Past Grades (Archival Grades) in AdminPlus.com. This includes Add Course, Editing and Deleting Existing Courses, and Editing Attendance Totals.
Batch Add to Student Schedule
Batch Add has been added to School > Schedule > Batch Processing: Schedule. This can be used to Replace a schedule or Add New courses to existing Students' schedules from any of the following options:
- Schedule From another Student
- Course/Section
- Course Request
- Study Hall
Schedule From a Student preselects all the student's sections, but any courses can be deselected if needed. Additional Course/Sections, Course Requests, or Study Halls can also be added before applying to other students. Students can be selected by Homeroom, Course/Section, Saved Views, Grade Levels, DB Field(s), or Individual Students. Once the batch process is complete View Log to see if any individual sections were not successfully added. The Batch Add Schedule Log can be filtered by Status. Remarks for Not Added Status include Section reached optimum size, Student already is in this section, and Student has grades in existing sections so the schedule cannot be replaced.
Manage Rooms Tiles for Schedule Rooms
The Manage Rooms tile has been added to School > Schedule Dashboard. Click on the number of Scheduled Rooms to view the room list. Rooms can be selected on the left to view either the Grid Schedule or the Line Schedule. Select the Roster Icon from the Line Schedule to view the list of students. Both can be E-Mailed or Printed.
Linked Skills Tab
The Linked Skills Tab has been added to School > Schedule > Manage Courses & Sections. This is View Only.
Staff Schedule Rosters
Rosters can be viewed, printed, or e-mailed from Staff > Schedule > Line Schedule. Click the Roster Icon to view the Roster.
View Roster includes course section details (Course #, Name, Description, Section #, Teacher, Meeting Time, Term, Optimal Size, and Current Size).
The i icon displays additional course section details: Course Alias, Level,Department, and Priority.
Select to print or save a PDF of the Roster. Select
to send a PDF of the roster. By default, the teacher is set as the To recipient, but you can remove them by clicking on To. You can also add other staff or admin users with email addresses under To or CC. A subject line is required to send the email.
The From E-Mail Address will be the AdminPlus Username until the user sets a Display As. Click the Gear icon on the top right of E-mail to update the Display As or Signature.
Import: Generic SuperDB
School > Demographics > Import tile now includes a Generic option so data can be imported to a Generic SuperDB table using a CSV (comma-delimited) or TXT (tab-delimited) file.

Demographics: Receive from PlusPortals
A Receive from PlusPortals tile has been added to School > Demographics. This displays the counts for Student data Submitted, Approved, as well as Contacts Data Submitted and Approved. Select the Expand icon or select one of the counts to open the approval process, which displays the details.
Demographics: Receive from Online Forms
A Receive from Online Forms tile has been added to School > Demographics. This displays the counts for Student pre-populated Online Forms that are Incomplete, Submitted, Approved, and Deleted. Select the Expand icon or select one of the counts to open the approval process, which displays the details. Toggle to Staff to see the counts by status.
Household Tile
The Household Tile has been added to School > Demographics, which displays statics for Households in School and Students Not Yet in a Household.
- Households in School displays the number of households associated with the number of Active Students in the school. Click the number to view the details for each household. A new window opens, displaying the households. On default, the first household is expanded. Click to expand additional household details including the students associated with the contact, their UNID, the school they are enrolled in for the school year selected. The Household List can be Sent to Excel or Printed; however, the Household details (students and contacts) will not be included.
- Students Not Yet in a Household displays the students who do not have a Household ID. Click on the number to display the list of students. Click on
to assign a Household ID to the Student without leaving the list.
Export: Common Specs
Users can edit the Common Specs under Exports > Common Specifications. Student and Staff Database Fields can be selected to be included on Exports from AdminPlus.com.
Common specs in Classic Administrator's Plus can be set independently for exports completed in Classic.
Note: The Date for Age Calculation will be based on today's date. In a future release the option to set a custom date will appear in Student Exports that Include DB Fields (From Common Specs) that include Age.
Toddle Integration Subscription
An API which updates Toddle with Student and Contact information can now be purchased. Please contact your Account Manager for a quote and see Toddle Integration for details including screenshots.
Improvements
Schedule Students Tile
Student counts are now clickable, allowing you to view detailed information that can be exported to Excel or printed.
- Students With No Course Sections: Displays a list of students with no course sections. This includes their Grade Level, Name, Unique ID (based on the User Specification ID Preference), and Entry Date.
Entry Date will be blank if the student start date is YEAR START or NEXT DAY.
Students With Course Requests: Displays a list of students with Course Requests. This includes their Grade Level, Name, Unique ID (based on the User Specification ID Preference), and # of Course Requests.
Add Course Section Search Options
The Regular and Advanced Search options have been combined and additional functionality added! Meeting Time has been added to the Search and filters now include Teacher and Term.
Portfolio Batch Update - Categories
When batch updating Portfolio items across different categories, the category will no longer be cleared as it does in classic.
Exports: Payments Formatting
The Amount column will be exported as numeric instead of text.
Generic Super DB Tile Moved
The Generic Super DB Tile has been moved to the first column of School > Demographics.
Student and Staff Schedule Reformatted
The Grid Schedule had been reformatted for both Students and Staff. The word Room has been removed from the right corner of each block on the Grid schedule. The spacing is a bit tighter, allowing 2 or more periods to be visible on both the condensed and expanded view.
