Schools using Toddle can add a Toddle Integration to AdminPlus. The Toddle Integration allows the user to update Toddle with Student demographic and contact information from AdminPlus. Toddle records must contain the unique id for the student to find a match.
If the Student's ID is not found in Toddle, select Add to Toddle.
A message will appear if the student was successfully added:
Once the student is added, the demographic fields sent to Toddle will be displayed next to the corresponding fields in AdminPlus. The user can then scroll down to select which Contacts should be sent to Toddle then click Send Update To Toddle.
Contacts linked to a student in Toddle are matched to contacts linked to a student in AdminPlus based on the Contact's First Name, Last Name, and Relationship to the student.
When a student and their contacts are in Toddle and there are no changes to be made Send Update to Toddle will be disabled.
If a mismatch is found in the value of a student or contact demographic fields then the mismatch will be highlighted. Select the contact to be updated and Send Update to Toddle.
If the data does not pass a Toddle validation, then an error message will display. The data will need to be fixed in AdminPlus and then resent.
If the student has been inactivated in AdminPlus, then the record can be Archived in Toddle.
If a student is re-activated in AdminPlus, select Unarchive in Toddle:
