Improvements
Report Card Transfer Process
If a school edits Report Cards in AdminPlus.com, the RC Transfer Process will do the following: receive the updates from AdminPlus.com > switch the edit setting back to classic > complete the transfer > send the changes to AdminPlus.com > restore the edit settings to AdminPlus.com.
No other users should be using AdminPlus while this process is being performed.
If Yes is selected for Transfer Data Base Info?, it will also revert the edit settings for Demographics and its related modules (Enrollment, Contacts, SuperDB, and Contacts) during the transfer process. The following message will appear instead:
DB Transfer Process
If a school edits Demographics in AdminPlus.com, the DB Transfer Process will do the following: receive the updates from AdminPlus.com > switch the edit setting back to classic > complete the transfer > send the changes to AdminPlus.com > restore the edit settings to AdminPlus.com.
No other users should be using AdminPlus while this process is being performed.
Discipline Transfer Process
If a school edits Discipline (Incidents) in AdminPlus.com, the Discipline Transfer Process will do the following: receive the updates from AdminPlus.com > switch the edit setting back to classic > complete the transfer > send the changes to AdminPlus.com > restore the edit settings to AdminPlus.com.
No other users should be using AdminPlus while this process is being performed.
Incidents are not enabled in the scheduling year in AdminPlus.com so Transfer of incidents can only happen from a past year to the active year.
Sync Changes
Changes have been made to Sync Changes to reduce Sync time and avoid time out issues.
Receive Changes
Changes have been made to Receive changes to reduce the possibility of time out issues.
