Course Requests
The Approval Center is used to view and manage incoming data. Each source has a widget that displays the number of records in each status. The Course Requests Widget displays the number of Course Request Forms that have been Reviewed on PlusPortals and Approved into AdminPlus.com. Click on the number to go to the corresponding tab or click on the expand icon to review.
Read Only users or schools who are View Only on AdminPlus.com can access Course Request to view what has been submitted. Although you can view, approving Course Requests and making changes to settings have been disabled.
The diagram and table below describe the tasks you can perform from the Approval Center for Course Requests.

C | Click Approve Selected Students to bring in the selected students course requests. This option will only be available to select if multiple students have been selected for approval as shown in the diagram above. |
D | Select tab to view sections by status:

E | Use the top check box ![]() |
F | Sort column alphabetically in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header. An arrow up or down next to the column header indicates that the column is sorted. |
G | Use the filter icon to filter the column. A check box above the filter indicates that a filter has been applied. |

I | View the Student Name and APID Number. The Print icon will print the Course Request Details. If no boxes are checked on the left, the Approve button will be enabled to receive the individual student Course Request details displayed.![]() |
J | View Course Request Details displays the details for the selected student's course request form. Course requests for Courses already existing in the student's schedule cannot be approved. |
