AP Notify: Send a Notification with Emergency Mode

In the case of an emergency at your school, the Emergency Mode feature in AP Notify enables users to designate certain urgent messages as high priority by selecting the Emergency Mode option. No individual recipients allowed. You must send these messages to a group of recipients.

Please be sure to only use Emergency Mode in the case of an Emergency at the school. This option should not be used to send out regular messages to parents, students, and teachers.

When choosing to send a message set as Emergency Mode, the following restrictions apply:

  2. Attachments selected for E-Mail will be removed and attachment option will be disabled.
  3. Send Later option will be disabled, only Send Immediately option can be used.
