Batch Entry for Students
To Batch enter data, do the following:
Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing >Select Students > Demographics Batch Processing:

The Batch Processing: Student Data window opens. Select Batch Entry.

Select the DB Field(s) that are to be used for batch entry on the left. Enter the data for each field on the right. If the selected field has predefined choices, there will be a dropdown.

Click Next.
Select which students the data should be batch entered for with one of the following options. For each option, also select the status of the students:
Saved Views: Select a Saved View from the dropdown

Grade Levels: Select All Grades or choose to select individual grade levels.

DB Field(s):

Individual Students: Select a view, chose to search by Contains or Begins With and search for the individual students:

Click Next.
Select I agree to batch enter the Demographic data for the selected students. Click Confirm.

- The Batch Entry has been successfully completed message will appear.

Batch Entry for Staff
To Batch enter data, do the following:
Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing >Select Staff > Demographics Batch Processing:

The Batch Processing: Staff Data window opens. Select Batch Entry.

Select the DB Field(s) that are to be used for batch entry on the left. Enter the data for each field on the right. If the selected field has predefined choices, there will be a dropdown.

Click Next.
Select which staff the data should be batch entered for with one of the following options. For each option, also select the status of the staff:
Type: Select either All Staff, Teaching Staff, or Non-teaching Staff:

DB Field(s):

Views:

Individual Staff: Select a view, chose to search by Contains or Begins With and search for the individual staff:

Click Next.
Select I agree to batch enter the Demographic data for the selected staff. Click Confirm.

- The Batch Entry has been successfully completed message will appear.

View Demographic Batch Process Log
To view the log for the previous Batch Entry, do the following:
- Select Student or Staff >Logs.

- Select the record and click View Log to download the log to Excel:

Batch Erase for Students
To Batch Erase Student data, do the following:
- Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing >Select Students > Demographics Batch Processing:

- Select Batch Erase.

- In the next window, select the Demographic fields you would like to Batch Erase.
You can select up to 20 Demographic fields.

- Click Next.
- Select which students the data should be batch entered for with one of the following options. For each option, also select the status of the students:
- Type:

- Grade Levels:

- DB Field(s):

- Individual Students: Select a view, chose to search by Contains or Begins With and search for the individual students:

- Type:
- Click Next.
- Select I agree to batch erase the Demographic data for the selected students. This cannot be undone. Click Confirm.

- The Batch Erase has been successfully completed message will appear.

Batch Erase for Staff
To Batch Erase Staff data, do the following:
- Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing >Select Staff > Demographics Batch Processing:

- Select Batch Erase.

- In the next window, select the Demographic fields you would like to Batch Erase.
You can select up to 20 Demographic fields.

- Click Next.
- Select which staff members the data should be batch entered for with one of the following options. For each option, also select the status of the students:
- Type:

- DB Field(s):

- Views:

- Individual Staff: Select a view, chose to search by Contains or Begins With and search for the individual staff:

- Type:
- Click Next.
- Select I agree to batch erase the Demographic data for the selected staff. This cannot be undone. Click Confirm.

- The Batch Erase has been successfully completed message will appear.

SuperDB Batch Process: Add Records
This process allows you to add, edit, or delete multiple records at once to a selected SuperDB table, do the following:
- Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing > Select Student > SuperDB Batch Process

- Batch Processing: Student SuperDB Data window opens. Select a SuperDB Table from the dropdown.

- Select the Batch Process - Add Records

- Select Students -

- Enter Data

- Confirm Batch Entry - check the I agree box to enable the Confirm button and Confirm


SuperDB Batch Process: Edit Records
This process allows you to add, edit, or delete multiple records at once to a selected SuperDB table, do the following:
- Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing > Select Student > SuperDB Batch Process

- Batch Processing: Student SuperDB Data window opens. Select a SuperDB Table from the dropdown.

- Select the Batch Process - Edit Records

- Select the Records

- Select the Fields to edit, enter the value or select Erase/Blank

- Confirm Batch Entry - check the I agree box to enable the Confirm button to Confirm


SuperDB Batch Process: Delete Records
This process allows you to add, edit, or delete multiple records at once to a selected SuperDB table, do the following:
- Go to School > Demographics > Batch Processing > Select Student > SuperDB Batch Process

- Batch Processing: Student SuperDB Data window opens. Select a SuperDB Table from the dropdown.

- Select the Batch Process - Delete Records

- Select the Records

- Confirm Batch Entry - check the I agree box to enable the Confirm button to Confirm


View SuperDB Batch Process Log
To view the log for the previous Batch Entry, do the following:
- Select Student or Staff >Logs.

- Select the record and click View Log to download the log to Excel. The log can be sorted or filtered to find the log you are looking for.
