Dashboard

The Dashboard serves as the central hub for viewing information about your site(s). From here, you can access:

  • Stats: Site stats provide basic analytics, including the number of visitors, their sources, and the pages they have viewed. By analyzing this customer information, you can make more informed decisions to enhance your site and business. Enabling tracking cookies adds a tracking code to the page source. Additionally, your site can be configured to send data to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager (SEO & Settings - Google Tools).
  • Form Responses: Here, you can view responses to any contact forms placed on your website. Additionally, forms can be configured to send responses to a designated email address.
  • SEO: You can access and edit page SEO elements, including the meta title, meta description, and image Alt Text, directly from the Dashboard.
  • Manage Blog: Provides convenient and direct access to the blog area of your website, ideal for users assigned to blogging. Permissions can be set so a user is restricted to "Blog" access only, rather than full content editing. The navigation bar at the top of the page enables you to access various sections of your account and view account information.

Multiple Sites

RediSite is a single sign-on management tool that allows users to manage multiple sites with a single login. If your school owns multiple sites, users can be granted edit rights across these sites from their single account. For a school with only one site, users will be directed straight to that site's dashboard. However, if a user has permissions for multiple sites, they will see a Site List of available sites. In this case, clicking the Site Dashboard icon will take them to the respective site's dashboard, and clicking the pencil icon will allow them to begin editing that site. Example of a user with access to multiple sites:
