Classic Administrator’s Plus (SUPERVISOR), TeacherPlus management site (gbadmin) and PlusPortals management site (plusportaladmin) all have different admin type accounts where an email address needs to be entered. See the information below to see where the E-Mail address can be updated for each username.
Adminitrator's Plus
In Administrator's Plus, the SUPERVISOR E-mail is set in the Manage Users Screen:
- Log in as SUPERVISOR.
- Go to File > Users/Security (Enhanced)
- Select 1. Manage Users > Next.
- In the Manage Users dialogue box, double click in the e-mail address column for SUPERVISOR. Enter an E-mail address.
TeacherPlus Management Site
On the TeacherPlus Management Site, the gbadmin e-mail address is set by doing the following:
- Log in with the gbadmin account.
- In the upper right, select
> Change E-mail.
- Enter and confrim the email.
- Click Change E-mail:
PlusPortals Management Site
On the PlusPortals Management site, the plusportaladmin e-mail address is set by doing the following:
- Log in with the plusportaladmin username.
- Select Edit Profile in the upper right corner.
- Under Edit Profile, do the following:
- Enter the Default From E-mail to send PlusPortalAdmin e-mails.
- Enter the e-mail used for 2FA.
