If your school has enabled Edit for AdminPlus.com, please be sure to complete the following to ensure all changes made are received into Classic Administrator's Plus prior to making your Scheduling Year the Active Year.
Prior to completing the following steps, please ask your users to not make any further edits in AdminPlus.com until this process has been
- In Classic Administrator's Plus, go to Tools > TeacherPlus Setup & Sync Manager. Under Receive in Administrator's Plus select Changes Only (Since Last Receive):
- Next, edit must be turned off for AdminPlus.com. Go to Setup > General > AdminPlus.com Settings. Select AdminPlus for all Modules:
Please be sure all users are logged out of both AdminPlus.com and Classic Administrator's Plus prior to changing these settings.
- Go to Setup > General > Current and Scheduling Year to switch your scheduling year to your active year.
- Before turning edit back on for AdminPlus.com, we do suggest updating any data that may require use of Batch Entry or the Import Wizard.
- Go to Tools > TeacherPlus Setup & Sync Manager > Under TeacherPlus Tools, select Create New Year.
- Run an All Data (Since Year Start) Sync from your new active year. This will ensure this year is now visible in AdminPlus.com.
Once the above steps have been completed, you can switch edit back to AdminPlus.com. Go to Setup > General > AdminPlus.com Settings. Select AdminPlus.com for any Modules you would like to edit:
