Before logging into AdminPlus.com, the Supervisor will need to grant user's access. For more information about this, see Grant User Access.
AdminPlus.com will timeout after 60 minutes of inactivity
Login to a Single School URL
To log into AdminPlus.com, do the following:
- Access your school's AdminPlus URL.
- Enter in the email address and password associated with your AdminPlus username > Select Login.
Select Remember Me to save your email address. - The Two-Factor Authentication screen appears. A 6-Digit code has been sent to your email address.
- Enter the code.
Select Remember this device for 180 days to bypass entering the 2FA code each time on this browser for that time.
- Select Verify.
- Enter the code.
Switch schools within the application
Users in schools that share Households with other schools in their organization will be able to switch schools within the application
- After logging in, click on the ellipsis icon next to the school's name.

- The Select a School window opens. Click the school's name > click Select.

If you do not have access to the school a message will appear to contact your AdminPlus Supervisor.
Single URL for Multi-School Organizations
Schools that share a single PlusPortals URL for their organization have also been set up with a similar AdminPlus.com URL that users can use to select which school to log into. Schools that also share Households will be able to switch schools with the application from the organizational URL or the individual school URLs.
If you are unable to switch schools while logged into AdminPlus.com, or you are unsure of your schools Single URL to access all schools, please contact apcom@rediker.com.
- Access your organizational URL > Enter your email address.

- Select
to choose a school.
- Enter your password > select Login.
If you do not have the option to switch schools from within the application, users will need to log out of AdminPlus.com to access the sign in screen and select another school.
User Settings for Two Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional layer of security for your AdminPlus account. This setting is managed at the user level, allowing each user to choose how they receive their verification code when signing in.
- Click on your username on the top right and select User Settings:

- For added protection your password is required to enter User Settings:

- The Current Authentication Method is displayed. The default selection is Receive Code via E-Mail. Click Change to update:

- Select Receive Code via Authenticator App. Click Next.

- Scan QR Code using the Authenticator App of your choice. This will connect the app with your account. Click Next.

- Enter 6-digit code from your Authenticator app. Click Next.

- The window will close and a message will appear that Two-factor authentication has been enabled successfully.

If you have previously used an Authenticator App for two-factor authentication, remove the existing account from the app and repeat the setup steps before continuing. Otherwise, you may receive a message indicating that the verification code is invalid.
Rediker Unified Login
Rediker Unified Login (RUL) empowers users to quickly open a session in another Rediker product.
- Click the Key on the upper right next to Username to see the list of products your email is associated with.
AdminPlus Organization Manager will only appear if your school is part of an organization that has access to AdminPlus Organization Manager. If your school has access but your user account does not, a message will display indicating that you do not have access.
- Click on the product you want to access, another browser tab will open for that product - no additional login is required.

- The corresponding program page will open and automatically sign you into your account.
If you do not see a link that you think you should have be sure that your e-mail is associated with that product.
