Administrator's Plus v 6.2.12.01
We've released a few improvements, and feature fixes for Administrator's Plus. Highlights of this update include:

Improvements
Change Password
Individuals encountering the Change Password prompt upon login won't have the option to cancel. Instead, they'll be prompted to create and confirm a new password that complies with the specified guidelines. Any users that have trouble with changing their password can ask their Administrator's Plus Supervisor to change it for them.
- If the password does not meet the criteria the user will get this message on login. Select Done.
- The Change Password window will open. The user must update their password. There will be no option to select Cancel.
- Click Done to save the new password. The user will then be logged into Administrator’s Plus.
Home screen daily refresh
With the aim of optimizing performance, the Home screen will now refresh once every day instead of upon each switch between views. The user can refresh the view at any time from the Lookup screen by clicking the Refresh icon next to the Current View dropdown.
The views will also be set to refresh the next time a user accesses a view if a change has been made in New Files. For example, a student's name or grade level is changed or they are activated or inactivated.
Receive Date and Time displayed
Schools using the edit feature in AdminPlus.com can see the last date and time data was received into classic. On the TeacherPlus Setup & Sync Manager a status will display for Receive in Administrator's Plus with the date, time, and mode (ie. Scheduled or Manual). If the process is currently running the status will say "Receive in progress..."
Import Wizard reminder
If a school has opted to modify demographics in AdminPlus.com, users will receive a pop-up reminder notification if they attempt to access the Import Wizard. Schools that frequently use Import Wizard should continue to edit demographics in classic Administrator's Plus until import from file is added to AdminPlus.com.
Feature Fixes
Birthdate format
Schools using a DD-MM-YYYY date format experienced difficulties with the birthdate field when received from the new APOLF system. This has been resolved.
Read-only Portfolio Access
Users with Read-only Portfolio access were unable to open Portfolio items. This has been resolved.
