To Add a Day to the Calendar in AdminPlus.com, please do the following:
- Select the School tab on the left.
- The Daily Attendance option will be selected on default.
- Under Viewing Attendance For, select + Add Date.
- The Adding a day to the calendar window opens. Set the follow specifications:
- Date: On default, the current date is selected. Select to change the date.
NOTE: You cannot insert a past date. See Insert a Day in the Attendance Calendar - Select Rotation: Optional. Select which rotation day is to be used for Period Attendance.
- Membership Value: The default value of 1 is selected. This should remain unchanged unless a day is to be added to the calendar, but should not count towards the membership days for students.
EXAMPLE: Staff are still reporting to school for a Teacher Inservice Day, but students are off.
- Date: On default, the current date is selected. Select to change the date.
- Select Continue.
- Confirm your selection >Select Add Date.
