Change E-mail Address for the plusportaladmin Username

To update the Email Address associated with the plusportaladmin username, do the following:

If the user who normally uses this account is no longer at the school, contact Rediker Support at support@rediker.com for assistance with getting access. See Release a Supervisor or Admin password for any Rediker Software Program for more information.

1. Login to the PlusPortals Management Site with the plusportaladmin username.
2. In the upper right, select Edit Profile.
   
3. The email address will need to be updated in 2 places:
   • E-mail address used to send PlusPortalAdmin e-mails
   • E-mail address used for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
