Change E-mail Address for the gbadmin Username

To update the Email Address associated with the gbadmin username, do the following:

If the user who normally uses this account is no longer at the school, contact Rediker Support at support@rediker.com for assistance with getting access. See Release a Supervisor or Admin password for any Rediker Software Program for more information.

1. Log into the TeacherPlus Management Site with the gbadmin username.
2. In the upper right, select next to the gadmin username > Change E-mail:
   
3. Enter your new email address > select Change E-mail:
   

This e-mail address will now be used if the password for the gbadmin account needs to be reset.
