Multiple Staff: Portfolio

Toggle to Multiple Staff and click the Portfolio tab to see all the Portfolio items for staff in the selected view.

For more information about the features of the Multiple Staff Portfolio view, refer to the diagram and table below:

Only schools that have been setup to edit and have selected to edit the Portfolio in AdminPlus.com will be able to use the add/edit features

The View determines which staff are included.  The view selected will remain for the other Multiple Staff tabs until another is selected.

The Portfolio Layout determines which columns appear in the view.

Search for a staff member by the demographic field being sorted.  The default is APID "Contains" which will search for the sequence of characters. Click on "Contains" to toggle to "Begins with" to search by the initial characters in the demographic selected. Click the search icon to filter the list based on the search criteria. Click  to reset the search.

  • Include Inactives: Check the box to include Inactive staff.
  • Delete: Select multiple portfolio items by checking off the box. If you do not have sufficient rights to the portfolio item, you will receive a warning message stating you cannot delete that item. Only Owners and Co-Owners can delete Portfolio Items. 
  • Edit: Select multiple portfolio items by selecting checking of the box. Click to open the portfolio properties. The Owner can edit Date, Description, Remarks, and Category. You can also choose to add a Co-Owner to the portfolio item(s). If you are a Co-Owner, you can edit Date, Description, Remarks, and Category, but you cannot add another co-owner. If you do not have the rights to edit the properties, a message will display at the top:
  • Click Export to export the view into Excel.

Click a column header to sort the data in ascending order and search by that demographic. Click on the column header again to sort the data in descending order .

Click  to filter the data. A checkmark above the filter indicates a filter has been applied.

Click the ellipsis icon  to Edit the Portfolio properties (Date, Description, Remarks, Category, Owner(s), or Visibility), Download, or Delete an individual Portfolio item.

Only the Supervisor can use Add New next to Category.

Click the view icon  to preview the portfolio file in a browser window without having to download it.

Choose the page to view and the number of Rows Per Page to display

The number of portfolio items on the page and total number in the view is displayed.

The Single Staff View panel contains the staff member's name, address, two selected demographic fields, alert indicator, Daily Attendance statistics, Today's Attendance status, Last Attendance Status, and staff's scheduled location.
Click  from the single staff view panel on the left or  on the row to view the Staff's Snapshot.
