The Staff Portfolio collapsed view keeps the top tiles (Profile, Daily Attendance, Schedule, and Latest Portfolio Files) in view and displays Portfolio items at the bottom. Please refer to the diagram and table below for additional information about the features of the Portfolio screen:
Edit features are only available if the AdminPlus Supervisor has requested edit from apcom@rediker.com and has selected to edit the Portfolio in AdminPlus.com.

B | Select Portfolio Layout the system layout is Default. The layout determines the columns and order of the columns in the table. If you've created other portfolio layouts in Administrator's Plus you can select them here. |
C | Search for a portfolio item by any column by clicking the column header The default is APID "Contains" which will search for the sequence of characters. Click on "Contains" to toggle to "Begins with" to search by the initial characters in the demographic selected. Click to filter the list based on the search criteria. Click x to reset the search. |
D | Click a column header to sort the data in ascending order and search by that column. For example, click on Category and the search box changes to Category. Click on the column header again to sort the data in descending order. |
E | Click the filter icon to apply a filter to a column. A checkmark above the filter indicates a filter has been applied. |
F | Click the view icon to preview the portfolio file in a browser window without having to download it. |
G | Click the ellipsis icon to Edit the Portfolio properties (Date, Description, Remarks, Category, Owner(s), or Visibility), Download, or Delete Only the Supervisor can use Add New next to Category. |
H | Click the + Add button to Add a new Portfolio file |
I | Click the expand icon to see the expanded Portfolio view which displays the staff picture, name, and three selected demographic fields from the profile widget. The top tiles are hidden so more portfolio items can be viewed. Once expanded the screen will stay in that mode, to return to the condensed view click on the collapse icon. |
