The Staff Schedule collapsed view keeps the top tiles (Profile, Daily Attendance, Schedule, and Latest Portfolio Files) in view while allowing the user to see Grid or Line Schedule at the bottom.

D | Select which QTR (Quarter(s)). Note: when ALL QTRS are selected an * asterisk will appear next to a time block where the staff member has different classes depending on the quarter. |
E | Click the expand icon  to see the Schedule expanded view which displays the staff picture, name, and three selected demographic fields from the profile widget. The top tiles are hidden so more of the schedule can be viewed. Once expanded the screen will stay in that mode, to return to the condensed view click on the collapse icon  |
F | Line Schedule tab to view the schedule in a table format. Note the Line Schedule has additional information including course Level, course Credits, Optimum Size, and Current Size |
