Exports: Staff

Exports is used to export database information into Excel.  

For more information about Exports > Lists, refer to the diagram and table below:

Select a report from the Report List

Excel Views created in Administrator's Plus can be selected on the Task dropdown.

Task Options is not yet enabled but in future will allow users to Edit or Delete Tasks.

Which Staff?

  • All Staff: Choose within a selected Staff ID range and Staff Status
  • Select from a View: Choose a view that was created in Administrator's Plus Lookup

Which Fields to Include?

  • Search by Field Name
  • Select Field from Available Fields List

Click right arrow to move field to Selected Fields List.

Click left arrow to remove field from Selected Fields list.

Click dots to drag and drop fields into the desired order.

Output Format Include Which Headers?

  • Report Header: Check to include a Report Header with the School Name and Report Name
  • Column Header: Check to include Column Headers

Download to export the report to Excel
