You can cancel any notifications you've scheduled for a future time, including voice, text, or e-mail. This feature is perfect for times when you schedule a notification due to a weather forecast, but the weather turns out not to be as bad as everyone expected.
You can only cancel scheduled jobs that have not yet been broadcast.
- In the lower-left corner of the Send Notifications screen, click Management.
- Click Cancel a notification job by #, and then click Next.
- In the Select Job ID dialog box, click the notification job you wish to cancel, and click Select to cancel the job. You can also enter the notification job ID.
A message appears to confirm that the notification job has been successfully canceled.
- Repeat the previous step to cancel other notification jobs.
