Get Started: Set Function Key Shortcuts

You can set the F2 - F6 keys on your keyboard to enter content you type often.

1. On the Shortcut bar, click .
2. In the upper-right of the Lookup screen or Demographics screen, click . The Specifications: Demographics dialog box appears.
   
3. For #4-8, type the content you want entered into a field when you press the function key.
4. Click Done.
