Delete a Form

When you delete a form, evaluations created using the form are not deleted.

 You cannot generate a report for evaluations created with a deleted form.

1. On the navigation bar, click Forms.
    
   The Forms tab opens.
2. Search for the form you want to delete.
    
3. Click Options > Delete.
4. In the dialog box, click Delete.
