After creating a form, you can begin structuring it by adding tabs, called standards, for your core competencies.
If you arrived at this topic after completing Create a Form, skip to step 4.
- On the navigation bar, click Forms.
- Search for the form you want to add a standard to.
- In the Edit Standards column, click .
The number next to the pencil shows how many standards you've added to the form.
- On the Standards page, click Create New Standard.
- Type a Title, a Short Name, and (optionally) a Description.
The Short Name changes from red to green when an evaluator completes the standard and saves the form.
- For Order, enter a number to indicate the order in which you want the standard to appear in the form. The standard with the lowest order number appears first and is the left-most tab at the top of the form.
- Click Add Standard.
