New Features
Two-Factor Authentication
Login to a new device or different browser will trigger an email to be sent to the user with a 6-digit verification code.
The user can choose to Remember this device browser for 180 days by checking the box before hitting Verify.
Prevent Concurrent Sessions
Users will be reminded that they have another session opened on their device if they attempt another login.
If they choose to End the initial Session and Login then the initial session will be logged out.
Improvements
Grade Level and IDs added
System fields (Unique ID, Household ID, APID, Grade Level) have been added to the Available Field list in both the Profile and Demographic widget settings
Line Schedule Tab
Line Schedule tab added to the Schedule screen. It includes the Total Projected Credits and Course Level so you can see the rigor of a student’s schedule. The table can be sorted and filtered as needed.
Feature Fixes
Report Card View
The Report Card view was not loading if there were duplicate names for RC Columns. This has been resolved.
Incident Comment Scroll
The scroll bar on the Incident Comment box has been fixed.
