Add Prospects to a Recommendation Form

Follow these steps to add prospects to a recommendation form prospects list:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Forms Management.
  2. Find the recommendation form and click Send.
  3. Click +Add Prospect.

  4. Select the School, school Year, Program, and Grade that contain the prospects you want to add, and then click Next.

  5. Select the check boxes for the prospects you want to add.

  6. Click Add Prospect.


Remove Prospects from a Recommendation Form

Follow these steps to delete prospects from a recommendation form prospects list:

  1. On the left navigation menu click Forms Management.
  2. Find the recommendation form and click Send.

  3. Select the check boxes for the prospects you want to delete.

  4. Click Remove Recipients, and then click Yes.
