Send Prospects to AdminPlus for Enrollment

You can send prospects who are ready for enrollment to AdminPlus by following these steps:

Before you can send prospects to AdminPlus, make sure you have synced the scheduling year data from AdminPlus and mapped it in AdmissionsPlus. For more information, see Set Up AdmissionsPlus for the Scheduling Year.

  1. On the left navigation menu, click  Enrollment.
  2. In the drop-down list, select the view with the prospects you want to send to AdminPlus.
  3. Select the check boxes next to the prospects you want to send to AdminPlus.

    If you are resending prospects to AdminPlus, in the View Options drop-down list, click Clear Filters to view prospects who were previously sent to AP/ASCII.

  4. Click Enrollment Specifications.
  5. Under Select Portfolio Categories, select the check boxes next to portfolio categories you want to send to AdminPlus.
  6. Under Select Tables, select the check boxes next to tables you want to send to AdminPlus.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Send to AP.
  9. In the Ready to Send to Administrator's Plus dialog box, click Yes.
