Generate Waitlist Numbers for Prospects

Waitlist numbers are assigned in the order prospects are sorted. You can generate waitlist numbers by following these steps:

1. On the left navigation menu, click Lottery.
   

   Check that the correct year is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of AdmissionsPlus and that the correct school is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of the Lottery page.

2. On the left, click the grade with prospects you want to generate waitlist numbers for.
3. At the top of the page, click Generate Wait List Number.
   A Warning dialog box opens. If you want to continue, click Yes.
