Generate Lottery Numbers for Prospects

You can generate randomly assigned lottery numbers for prospects by following these steps:

1. On the left navigation menu, click Lottery.
   

   Check that the correct year is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of AdmissionsPlus and that the correct school is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of the Lottery page.

2. At the top of the page, click Generate Lottery Number.
   The Generate Lottery Numbers dialog box opens.
3. Next to Generate Lottery Number For, do either of the following:
   • Click All Prospects, and then click Yes.
   • Click By Grade, select the check boxes for the grades with prospects you want to generate lottery numbers for, and then click Yes.

Prospects who have already been assigned a lottery number do not receive a new number.
