To choose which fields display for the lottery, such as prospects' ID numbers and whether they live in district, follow these steps:
- On the left navigation menu, click
Lottery.
Check that the correct year is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of AdmissionsPlus and that the correct school is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of the Lottery page.
- Between the tables, click Edit View.
The Select Columns dialog box opens on the All tab.
You can click the Demographics or Admissions tab to view solely those fields.
- Do either of the following:
Task | Action |
Add a field to the lottery view | In the Available Fields list, click the field you want to add, and then click |
Remove a field from the lottery view | In the Selected Fields list, click the field you want to remove, and then click |
- Click and drag to reorder selected fields.
- Click Save.
- Click Save Settings.
You can show or hide the Name column by clicking Display Prospect Name, located between the tables.
Note: To return the lottery view to its default columns and sort settings, click Default Settings.
