You can filter the data on any of the tabs on the Prospect List page. You can then save your filtered data to a view or create a new view with the filtered data. For information about views, see Views.
- On the left navigation menu, click Prospects.
- Click the tab with the data you want to filter.
In the View drop-down list, select the view with the data you want to filter.
- In the header of the column you want to filter, click .
- Do any of the following:
- Select the Select All check box.
- Select the check boxes of the data you want to filter.
- In the search bar, type the text you want to search for, and select the check boxes for the data you want to filter.
- Click Filter.
- If you want to save your filters, in the View Optionsdrop-down list, do one of the following:
- To save your filters to the current view, click Save.
- To create a new view with your filters, click Save As. In the Save View As dialog box, type a name for the view, and then click Save.
