Forms submitted from the Admissions OnLine Forms site appear in the AdmissionsPlus holding bin. You can receive the forms into AdmissionsPlus, and the prospects will be added to the Prospect page.
To receive forms, follow these steps:
- On the left navigation menu, click Holding Bin.
Note: The number of submitted forms appears on the Holding Bin icon in a red circle.
Important: Check that the year you are working with is displayed in the drop-down list at the top of AdmissionsPlus. - Sort the Holding Bin by clicking on any of the column headers.
- On the Submitted tab, select the check boxes next to the forms you want to receive. Notice that when you select the application, the answers appear on the right hand side of the screen (first image). If you select an uploaded document or image, there is an eyeball icon to view the document or image (second image).
- Click Receive Forms.


The holding bin can be set up to receive forms and immediately mark the associated requirement as Complete, or it can be set up to mark the associated requirement as Provisionally Accepted.
If set up as Provisionally Accepted, the user can go into each prospect's Admissions screen to the Provisional Requirements tab and deal with marking each form, document, or photo Complete.
