Dashboard Charts

Chart	Explanation
Admission Decisions	View a pie chart of decisions, such as how many prospects accepted admission, declined acceptance, and are waitlisted. You can customize the decisions that display.
Admission Steps	View how many prospects completed or are in the process of completing steps in the admissions process.
Appointment Reminder	View appointments happening within a set number of days from the current day. You can export the appointment information to Excel.
Contact Reminder	View a list of prospects who haven’t been contacted in a set number of days. You can email them, and export chosen demographic and contact information to Excel.
Cumulative Applications	Compare by year the number of applications received each month. You can customize the years that display.
Enrollment Details	View the number of prospects at each step of enrollment.
Gender	View the gender count for prospects. You can customize the genders and type of chart that display.
OLF Statistics	View the number of forms (of the same type) at each stage of completion.
Overview	View the number of inquiries, applicants, and enrollments each month.
Remaining Openings	View the total number of openings in your school and the number of openings per grade.
Workflow by Grade	Formally known as Admissions Process by Grade Compare by grade how many prospects are at steps in the admissions process and/or met requirements. You can customize the steps, requirements, and type of chart that display.
Admissions Process by Year	Formally known as Admissions Process by Year Compare by year how many prospects were at steps in the admissions process and/or met requirements. You can customize the years, steps, requirements, and type of chart that display.
Admissions Process Funnel	Formally known as Admissions Process Funnel View a funnel chart of how many prospects are at steps in the admissions process and/or met requirements. You can customize the steps and requirements that display.
