Change/Reset Your Password

Rediker cannot see or give out passwords. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset your password.

There are 2 ways to reset your password:

  1. Reset your password from the login screen
  2. Have an Admin or Superuser trigger a reset

Optionally, if you know your password you can login and update your password under your account settings.

Password Reset

Users Can Reset Their Own Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself by:

  1. Going to the login page (https://teacherevaluator.rediker.com/
  2. Then clicking on "Can't access your account?"
  3. You will then enter the email for your account, and a password reset link will be emailed to you.
  4. Check your email and follow the reset directions.

Admin/Superuser Can Reset a Teacher's Password

Optionally, you can have an Admin or Superuser login and reset your account password. A password reset link will be emailed to you.

  1. An Admin or Superuser Level account can access View All Accounts (Under Accounts)
  2. Find the User in question and click Edit
  3. At the bottom of the account settings, click Reset Password
  4. This will trigger a password reset email to the user.
  5. Have them check their email and follow the directions.

Update & Change Password

If you know your password and would like to change your Teacher Evaluator password, do the following:

  1. On the navigation bar, click [Your Name] > Settings.

    The Edit Account Information page opens.
  1. Under Password, click Change.

    The Change Password page opens.
  1. On the Change Password page, do the following:
    • Type a New password.
    • Type your new password again to Confirm.
    • Type your Old password.
  1. Click Change Password.
