Edit Your Account

You can change your password, email, and name. You can also change the school and form selected by default when you create an evaluation, your time zone, your status as an educator, and decide whether form descriptions appear on evaluations.

  1. On the navigation bar, click [Your Name] > Settings.
  1. Refer to the diagrams and tables below to edit your account, and then click Save.
     


Account Information
A
Default School: Select the school you want selected by default when you create an evaluation.

Default Evaluation Form: Select the form you want chosen by default when you create an evaluation.

Show the evaluation descriptions: Select this check box if you want form descriptions to appear at the top of evaluations.

Document Timezone: Select your timezone.

If you're not sure what your timezone is, click Detect Timezone or refer to Browser Timezone.

Browser Time zone: Displays the time zone detected by your web browser.

This may be inaccurate depending on the location permissions you set on your computer.

Detect Timezone: Sets the Document Timezone to the timezone of your current location.

First Name: Edit your first name.
H
Last Name: Edit your last name.

Email: Change the email that Teacher Evaluator notifications are sent to.
J
Password: Change your password. For more information, see Change Your Password.

Is this user an educator: If you teach, select this check box.     

This setting is important if you use the Massachusetts State Report report generator.
