New Features
Integrated Parent Portal with the Google Translate™ Translation Service
We’ve integrated the Online Forms Parent Portal with the Google Translate™ translation service. Now, parents can select the language in which they want to view their Online Forms portal.
Added Recommendation (School) Form Type
Although similar in format to our existing Recommendation form, the new Recommendation (School) form is not completed by parents. Instead, the Recommendation (School) form is added to a prospect and the recommender information is entered by a school staff member.
Added Venue Library to Visitation Forms
We’ve added a venue library to visitation forms. Now, venues you create are saved to a library so that you can use them on other visitation forms. When you select a venue from the library, the venue's time and number of visitors information auto populates on the new visitation form.
Added Ability to Export Payment Log to Excel
On the Payment Log, you can click Export to export the filtered log to an Excel file.

On the Submitted Forms Log, you can click Export to export the filtered log to an Excel file.
Improvements
Added More Control of Enrollment Form Data
We've updated enrollment forms to provide you with more control over how data is displayed for SuperDB sections and questions.
Only Allow New Data Check Box for SuperDB Sections
When adding or editing SuperDB sections, you can select the Only allow new data check box to prevent the SuperDB table from being prepopulated with existing data from the prospect record. Users must enter new data for the section.
Read-only Check Box for Enrollment Form Questions
For enrollment form questions, you can select the Read Only check box to display the selected database field to parents without allowing them to edit the data.
Added Text Editor to Email Signature
You can use the text editor to format the text of your email template signatures as well as add hyperlinks and images to them.
Added Availability Settings to Attachment Forms
We've added the Form Availability section to Attachment forms, which allows you to make these forms visible based on a range of dates or a completed requirement.
Added Access to Availability Settings on Forms Management Page
On the Forms Management page, when you click the Availability Online column for a form, the Form Status dialog box displays all availability options for that form.
Added Online Payment Settings to Visitation Forms
We added payment specifications to the Visitation form type so that you can enable online fee payments for visitation forms.
Added Permissions for Portfolio Linked Questions
When adding or editing a Portfolio linked question, you can choose which user on your Admissions team has access to the Portfolio item attached to the question. When a parent downloads a form, the user selected in the Owner assigned when importing drop-down list will become the owner of the Portfolio item.
Added Ability to Create Multiple Questions in SuperDB Sections
In SuperDB sections, you can click +Add Multiple Questions to create questions from multiple SuperDB fields at one time.
Enforced Field Case for Parent Forms
On parent forms, database linked questions now properly enforce the field case assigned to the database field. For example, if a database field is set to Sentence case, the first letter of the first word is capitalized and the rest of the sentence is lowercase.
Improved Grade Level Print Order on Inquiry Forms
We’ve adjusted the Grade Level drop-down list on inquiry forms to always print grade levels in the order specified in the appropriate program.
Added Auto-populated Contact Section to Parent Forms
On parent forms, the Contacts section auto populates with address information if the information is already entered for the prospect database fields. This improvement will reduce the amount of time parents spend filling out forms.
Improved Controls on Parent Forms
If a parent clicks Next on the last page of a form, the form is submitted.
Updated Recommendation Form Workflow
We've updated the recommendation form workflow. When a parent sends an email to a recommender, the recommender can no longer reply to the parent. This improvement safeguards the recommender from potentially providing the Recommendation Form link to the parent. A “DoNotReply” email address appears in the email From field.
Resized Dialog Boxes for Application Site Settings Specifications
For Application Site Settings, we’ve increased the size of the dialog boxes used to set the specifications for drop-down lists, such as Program, Grade and Year.
