Notification tools play a vital role in keeping staff and families informed. Our new AP Notify mobile app will help schools with AP Notify and our AP Mobile app communicate more effectively.

AdminPlus: New AdminPlus Notify Mobile App
Added an AP Notify Mobile App for Android and iOS
Using our AP Notify mobile app, you can send text, voice, and e-mail notifications to students, parents, and staff. Districts/dioceses can send notifications to the entire district/diocese as well as individual schools.
To use this app, you need to activate it in AdminPlus. For more information, see Install and Set Up the AP Notify Mobile App.
The AdminPlus Notify mobile app will be available this weekend on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Schools with licenses for the AdminPlus Mobile App and AdminPlus Notify can use this new app.

Improved the Excel Wizard Logs
The Course Grade Change Log and Skills Grade Change Log (in Tools > Excel Wizard > Logs) include changes to course requests.
Improved the OneRoster Export Tool
The OneRoster Export tool (in Tools > OneRoster Export > Section Information) has a new specification you can use to select course sections for export.
In the OneRoster Export Specifications dialog box, on the Section Information Tab, click 
next to 1. Use Advanced Course Selection to select sections for export.
AdminPlus: Feature Fixes
Fixed Sustain Export for Non-standard School Year Formats
The Sustain Export (in Data Base > Cust DB > Set School Office Suite (SOS) Interface Options) accepts school years that don't follow the standard yyyy-yy (e.g., 2020-21) format.
Fixed Admissions Holding Bin: Receive SuperDB Information
The Admissions Holding Bin (in Data Base > New Files > HB: Admissions) can receive student Super Data Base information from Admissions Plus Pro for districts/dioceses where schools use a common SuperDB storage location.
Fixed Online Forms Holding Bin: Perform Letter Case Conversion
The Online Forms Holding Bin (in Data Base > New Files > HB: Online Registration) performs letter case conversion when you receive student data from Online Forms.
Fixed Mandatory Field Warnings for New Contacts
Mandatory contact fields (in Data Base > Address) provide a warning if you try to save a contact when the field is empty.
Fixed First Names on the Student Bulletin
The Student Bulletin (in Attendance > Enter Daily > Print Bulletin) prints the full first name (up to 25 characters) for students without a recorded middle name even when you set Print Middle Name to Yes on the Print Specification Screen.
Fixed Billing Report Pagination
The Billing Report Writer (in Billing > Report Writer) doesn't print a blank page when you enable the All Contacts specification.
Fixed QuickMail Blind Copy for All Contacts
QuickMail's Blind Copy feature (in E-Mail > QuickMail) functions for a recipient setting of All Contacts.

The Excel Wizard Student Transcript export (in Tools > Excel Wizard > Report Card Plus > Student Transcript) correctly exports the birth date field as a date type field.
Fixed the AP Online Forms Manager Payment Log
The AP Online Forms Payment Log (Tools > AP Online Forms Manager > Payment Log) for the Scheduling Year is moved to the Active Year when you change the Active Year during the end-of-year process. You won't lose any payment log data.
