Custom accounts: These accounts can be configured to have various permissions to meet the needs of your school, including any permissions a Teacher, Group Head, or Administrator account has. Please contact tech support for help on how to customize a Custom account.

SuperUser accounts: The SuperUser account has the highest level of permissions and is assigned by Rediker Software to your school. Only Rediker can create this type of account.
